Loyalty Program

With a sincere care of its guests, the Villa Elena hotel has updated its Loyalty Program. Guests enjoy a system of bonus incentives, where every night spent at the hotel is equal to one “star”.

Guests can take advantage of a discount on accommodation in accordance with the number of nights spent and choose gifts for themselves and their loved ones according to the accumulated "stars".

DISCOUNTS ON ACCOMMODATION - for the nights spent

From 5 to 29 nights - 5% discount on accommodation in any room category from any tariff for direct booking (by phone or email of the reservation department).

From 30 nights or more - 10% discount on accommodation in any room category from any tarif for direct booking (by phone or email of the reservation department).

From 50 nights
1) 10% discount on accommodation in any room category from any tariff for direct booking (by phone or email of the reservation department);
2) Participation in the Loyalty Program of “The Grand Terrace” restaurant:
- guests receive 10% of an invoice amount to their accumulation bonus account;
- the amount is credited 24 hours after the payment of the corresponding invoice;
- funds on the bonus account can be taken to pay for restaurant services, but not more than 50% of the total bill amount at the same time;
- the bonus system does not apply to catering services, bonuses for banquets are not charged;
- funds in the bonus account “reset to zero” annually on 1 May.
3) 10% discount on catering, gourmet trips and cooking master classes;
4) 10% discount on transfer;
5) priority room reservation;
6) complimentary early check-in from 10:00 and late check-out until 16:00 (subject to availability of rooms);
7) use of the room for negotiations (if available);
8) invitation to Villa Elena’s events.

GIFTS - for "stars"

When staying at the hotel, guests can choose gifts worth 5 "stars" and 10 "stars" for themselves and their loved ones. Guests are entitled to use accumulated "stars" at their discretion, including spending all the stars in one visit.

Each of the gifts is worth 5 "stars":
- a bottle of Crimean wine;
- classic massage lasting 60 minutes;
- a bouquet of seasonal flowers.

Each of the gifts is worth 10 "stars":
- upgrading the room category (one category up) when booking or at the current visit (subject to availability of rooms);
- transfer in one direction.

"Stars" can be used during a year, after which each charge becomes inactive. This does not apply to guests who have stayed at the hotel for 50 nights or more.
