19’12 is a restaurant on the territory of the boutique hotel “Villa Elena”. Its name refers to the date of the foundation of the old mansion.

It serves dishes with an emphasis on fish and seafood. The chef uses a wide variety of cooking techniques: tuna crudo, rapa whelk carpaccio, slices of frozen hamachi, scallop ceviche.

The marine display features prawns, crabs, lobsters, oysters, and sea urchins. The main menu is a symbiosis of world gastronomy and home cooking: fish soup bouillabaisse and tom yum with seafood are side by side with borscht and kvass-based okroshka, and buckwheat porridge from the oven shares the menu with risotto with porcini mushrooms.

The level of local gastronomy enhances the aesthetic impression of the hotel building, which makes the whole complex a unique place on the peninsula. A place where history intertwines with fashion and tradition with trends.
